Etiquette: sharing leads and avoiding race-to-the-bottom pricing

c/freelancers is strongest when we lift each other up.

A few norms:

• Share leads generously when a job isn't right for you — pass it to someone who fits.
• Avoid undercutting to rock-bottom prices; it hurts you and the whole community's rates.
• No "guaranteed income" schemes or fake job offers — report them so we can remove them.
