Connectivity and cost are real constraints, so here's a list that respects both.
Mostly text (light on data):
- The Odin Project — full web-dev curriculum, free.
- MDN Web Docs — the reference for HTML, CSS, JS.
- freeCodeCamp — interactive, works on modest connections.
Offline-friendly tips:
- Download docs and tutorials when you have good wifi, read them later.
- Use Kiwix to keep entire sites (like Stack Overflow) offline.
Add your own finds below — especially anything that works well on metered mobile data.
