Etiquette: crediting work and giving critique respectfully

Two quick norms to keep c/designers welcoming.

Credit fairly. If you share something that isn't yours — inspiration, a template, a font — name the source. We respect other makers' work.

Critique the work, not the person. "This layout feels crowded" is feedback; "you're bad at this" is not. Newcomers especially deserve patience.

Self-promotion is fine in moderation, but lead with value. Mahadsanid for keeping this a calm, generous majlis.
